Alex has more than 28 years of experience providing insurance solutions to the financial industry having worked closely with loan operations, compliance and risk management teams, as well as training and motivating front line lenders to drive fee income & loan protection products.
Prior to NorthStar, Alex spent almost a decade at AIG, he was integral to cross-selling initiatives for managing risk within loan portfolios, credit insurance programs, GAP. Alex is a graduate of Radford University in Virginia. He enjoys traveling, boating, fly fishing and spending time with his wife Jennifer, son Nic and daughter Ava.
Tom has more than 30 years of experience providing insurance solutions to the financial industry having worked closely with loan operations, compliance and risk management teams.
Prior to NorthStar, Tom spent 10 years at AIG managing the CPI, VSI and Mortgage Tracking Programs and left during his tenure as the Director of the Property & Casualty Division. Tom was integral in product management, product development, managing Agent and TPA relationships across the country. Tom is a graduate of Southern Illinois University. He enjoys traveling, boating, golfing and spending time with his wife Andrea and their two sons Joey and Nico.
